These terms cover your use of ntrr.com, the platform home for Not The Runaround (“NTRR,” “we,” “us”). This site is informational: it describes our products and links to them.

You may read this site and share links to it. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to systems connected to it, or use automated means to overload it. There is no account to create here and nothing to submit.

2. Information on this site is descriptive

Product descriptions here summarise what Hub and Reliant do. They are not promises about features, availability or results, and what a product actually does is defined by that product and its own terms. We may change, add or withdraw products, and change this site, at any time.

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or caregiving advice. Our products help people coordinate and follow up on tasks; they do not replace professional judgement, and they are not a substitute for emergency services. If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, contact emergency services directly.

3. Brand and content

The name Not The Runaround, the abbreviation NTRR, the product names Hub and Reliant, our logo and monogram, and the text and design of this site are owned by us. You may not use our name, logo or branding to identify your own product or service, to imply we endorse or are affiliated with you, or in a way likely to confuse people about who is responsible for something.

5. No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
