Not The Runaround builds two things for families coordinating care: Hub, a shared board so everyone can see what needs doing and who is doing it, and Reliant, a phone assistant that calls until someone confirms.
Why it exists
There are two kinds of runaround. The first is managing it — another login, another app, the mental tax of being the only person holding the whole picture. The second is hoping it gets done — the appointment nobody confirmed, the medication nobody double-checked.
Most tools solve the first and quietly assume you will handle the second yourself. That assumption is where care actually falls through, and it is the reason Reliant is deliberately stubborn: it keeps calling until a person explicitly says yes. The friction is the point.
Who runs it
Not The Runaround is an independently owned and operated sole proprietorship based in the United States. It is small on purpose — there is no sales team, no investor timeline, and nobody whose job depends on you upgrading.
That is worth saying plainly because this software touches care for people who are often vulnerable, and you should know what kind of company is behind it before you put your family’s information into it.
Early testing — and what it costs you
Both products are pre-release and free while we test them with a small number of households. We are paying the running costs, including the phone calls Reliant places.
You will not be billed for anything you use during testing, and taking part does not commit you to a subscription. If either product ever becomes paid, we will say so clearly and in advance — never by quietly starting to charge.
In return, expect rough edges. Things will change, occasionally break, and sometimes be switched off while we fix them. Please tell us when that happens; it is the whole point of this stage.
Support
Email support@ntrr.com. We answer Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm US Central time.
Outside those hours we will get to it the next working day. If something is urgent and involves a person’s safety, please do not wait on us — contact emergency services. Neither Hub nor Reliant is a monitoring or emergency service, and neither should be relied on as one.
How we treat your information
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no analytics or tracking on this site. Calendar access in both products is read-only. Hub’s suggestions come from plain rules on our own servers, so household data is not sent to any AI provider.
The details are in each product’s own policy: Hub · Reliant.
Two products, each standing alone
Hub and Reliant are separate services with separate accounts. Each is meant to be useful without the other, and today nothing passes between them — Hub places no calls and sends no texts.
We may connect them one day. If we do, the person being called will be asked for their own agreement first. Nobody else can give it on their behalf, including whoever manages the household.
